Dr. Matilde Facet, originally from Argentina, moved to the Washington-DC area with her family at an early age. She obtained her Bachelor in Science from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1996, and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, Dental School, University of Maryland in 2000. During her years at the Dental School, Dr. Facet was indicted into the Gamma Phi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. Upon graduating, she completed a one-year Advanced in General Dentistry Residency at the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery.
For the next ten years, Dr. Facet worked as an Associate Dentist at a family Practice in Frederick, Maryland. In 2012, Dr. Facet acquired her own Practice in Silver Spring Maryland, moving closer to Potomac, the area where she grew-up.
Today, Dr. Facet and her team perform a wide range of dental procedures, with a special focus on Cosmetic Dentistry. She further expands her dental training by attending numerous continuous education seminars.
